The downstairs team suffer another blow
Where else could you find so many posts about lettuce all in the one place!?!
This afternoon I came home and discovered two rather large paw prints right in the middle of the downstairs lettuce pot.
I called CSI in and they established that it may have been caused by one rather large dog lazily putting his paws into the pot and standing there for a couple of minutes surveying the land. The alternative theory is that a smaller yet more energetic dog maybe the size of a boxer planted his rather large paws into the soil in a quick burst of energy.
So there are two potential villians in the front yard who will be questioned later Jack Bauer style. Of course I now have a yard full of mirror shades wearing CSI agents wandering around waiting for sandwiches and tea.
Oh well.
Two more lettuce seedlings were lost in this latest assualt.Â

Oh thanks a lot, now I’m not going to be able to sleep properly now. The excitement of all this lettuce carnage is just too muc for one man to take.
